In The Emotionally Healthy Woman, author Geri Scazzero describes how Biblical quitting goes hand in hand with choosing to be the woman you were created to become. "When we quit things that are damaging, we are free to choose other ways of living that are rooted in love and lead to life."
Join Dr. Sherry Mortenson as she leads this study exploring what it means to be emotionally healthy women in our choices, struggles, and relationships with God and others. During this study, we will explore eight key principles that hinder women in finding joy and purpose in their life and relationships:
- Quit Being Afraid of What Others Think
- Quit Lying (to Yourself and Others)
- Quit Dying to the Wrong Things
- Quit Denying Anger, Sadness and Fear
- Quit Blaming (God, Family and Others)
- Quit Over Functioning
- Quit Faulty Thinking
- Quit Living Someone Else's Life
